Harston gets another not guilty verdict!
Jeremiah Harston got a not guilty verdict for a client of his in the Warren District Court in March. The client was facing second-offense DUI, among other charges. Jeremiah has had strong success in jury trials involving DUI offenses, with other acquittals in Butler and Warren County. Dennie Hardin also got a not guilty verdict in a second-offense DUI in April out of Butler County. In other news, the firm hired Holly Irwin in May. She will be assisting the office manager in answering the phones, filings, receptionist duties, and running errands. We are glad to have her.
